1. Consultation & Hair Assessment

• Every patient undergoes a consultation and hair/scalp assessment before any hair transplant procedure.
• The suitability of a hair transplant depends on factors including the patient's hair loss pattern, donor hair availability, scalp condition, medical history and individual requirements.
• The recommended treatment plan, number of grafts and expected coverage may vary from patient to patient.
• A consultation or preliminary assessment does not guarantee that a patient will be considered suitable for surgery.

2. Treatment & Results

• Hair transplant results vary from person to person and depend on several factors, including age, genetics, existing hair quality, donor density, healing, post-operative care and adherence to medical advice.
• Hair growth after transplantation is gradual and results may take several months to become visible.
• Any photographs, videos, testimonials or before-and-after results displayed on our website or social media are for illustrative purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of identical results.
• The final hairline, density, graft requirement and treatment approach are determined individually by the treating doctor.

3. Medical Evaluation & Disclosure

• Patients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, allergies, medications, previous procedures and existing health conditions.
• Patients should inform the medical team about any medication or supplements they are taking before the procedure.
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment planning and may increase the risk of complications.

4. Procedure & Medical Risks

5. Graft & Hair Growth Expectations

• The number of grafts recommended is based on the patient's individual donor supply, recipient area and treatment goals.
• The availability of donor hair is limited, and future hair-loss progression may affect the overall appearance over time.
• Additional treatment or future sessions may be recommended depending on the patient's hair-loss progression and individual requirements.

6. Post-Procedure Care

• Patients are required to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the clinic.
• Activities such as strenuous exercise, swimming, smoking, alcohol consumption, hair colouring or other activities may need to be restricted for a specified period following the procedure.
• Patients should attend recommended follow-up appointments and contact the clinic if they experience unusual or concerning symptoms.

7. Payments & Cancellation

• Treatment fees, booking amounts and payment schedules will be communicated to the patient before the procedure.
• Any applicable advance payment, cancellation, rescheduling or refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Additional procedures, medications, investigations or services not included in the agreed treatment plan may incur additional charges.

8. Promotional Offers

• Promotional offers, discounts, packages and complimentary consultations may be subject to specific terms and validity periods.
• Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated by MedRootz.
• MedRootz reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers without prior notice.

9. Photographs & Testimonials

• Before-and-after photographs may be taken for medical documentation and treatment monitoring with the patient's consent.
• Use of patient photographs, videos or testimonials for marketing, educational or promotional purposes will be subject to the patient's applicable consent.
